WARNINGS

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied balance diet and healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

First 30 days: 3 capsules with breakfast and 3 capsules with evening meal.

Directions for use after 30 days: Take 3 capsules daily, with your morning and/or evening meals to maintain joint health.

If your joint discomfort increases at the lower dosage amounts, increase your dosage amounts back to three (3) capsules, two (2) times per day.

Made an old man happy.

I have been using joint supplements for a while. I use to use GLC2000 but switched to Xendurance Joint 4. It’s top grade and works just as well as GLC, plus it’s easier on the wallet.
