What are the energy sources for Fuel-5?

There are 4 sources of Carbohydrates and Calcium lactate (natural source of energy). The 4 sources of carbohydrates are dextrose/ maltodextrin/sucrose/sweet potato.

Pre Workout: Want to use Fuel-5 as a caffeine free pre workout mix? We recommend consuming 1-2 scoops with 500ml of liquid 15-20 minutes before your workout.

Intra Workout: Feeling drained during your workout or training session? We recommend consuming 1-2 scoops with 500ml of liquid and sip during training.

Post Workout:

Looking for a great post workout carb replenishing mix? We recommend consuming 1-2 scoops with 500ml of liquid immediately following your workout.
