Home Workouts with Coach Lars Nielsen
Ex Danish Kettle Bell Champion, turned CrossFit fanatic will be sharing a regular supply of home workouts.
Minimum equipment required, all can be scaled - just turn up and do it.

Workout 1:
20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 of Hand to Hand Swings, Goblet Squats and Kettle Bell Snatch.
Scale with the reps and kettle bell weight as needed, aim for a 20 min workout.
Workout 2:
30 min AMRAP, 50 double unders, 50 Lunges, 50 Push Ups, 50 Squats, 50 Burpees, 50 SitUps
Workout 3:
5 Round Kettlebell Workout - selected your kettlebell weight, then 5 rounds of 15 Swings, 15 Halos, 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 15 Goblet Squats.

15 Minute AMRAP, three movements, 20 burpees, 20 kettlebell swings and 20 push ups.

Kettlebell Complex - 4 movements; kettlebell stop swing, swing kettlebell clean and thruster.
