Home Workouts with Coach Lars Nielsen 

Ex Danish Kettle Bell Champion, turned CrossFit fanatic will be sharing a regular supply of home workouts. 

Minimum equipment required, all can be scaled - just turn up and do it.

Workout 1:

20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 of Hand to Hand Swings, Goblet Squats and Kettle Bell Snatch.

Scale with the reps and kettle bell weight as needed, aim for a 20 min workout.

Workout 2:

30 min AMRAP, 50 double unders, 50 Lunges, 50 Push Ups, 50 Squats, 50 Burpees, 50 SitUps

Workout 3:

5 Round Kettlebell Workout  - selected your kettlebell weight, then 5 rounds of 15 Swings, 15 Halos, 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 15 Goblet Squats.

 

Workout 4: 

4 Rounds with One Minute Rest of  5 Goblet Cleans, 10 Air Squats, 15 Kettlebell Swings, 20 Alternate Toes Taps, 15 Kettlebell Swings, 10 Air Squats, 5 Goblet Cleans.

Workout 5:

Short High Pulse Leg Burner:  10 minute AMRAP, 10 kettle bell swings, 8 goblet squats and 6 burpees.

 

Workout 6: 

15 Minute AMRAP, three movements, 20 burpees, 20 kettlebell swings and 20 push ups.

 

Workout 7:

Kettlebell Complex - 4 movements; kettlebell stop swing, swing kettlebell clean and thruster.

Workout 8: 

Inspired By Crossfit 21.2 Workout -  10 Kettle Bell Swing / 15 Burpees over the Kettle Bell, then 20 Kettle Bell Swings / 15 Burpees, add 10 Kettle Bell Swings each round. Enjoy....

 

Workout 9: 

100% Equipment Free Workout - 3 min EMOM x 6 Rounds - Rows, Squats and Burpees.
