Better performances in Ultraruns!
I am an ultra runner and since I use Lactid Acid Buffer I experience that this has a very positive effect on my performance. During my competitions I can run at a higher intensity without getting sour. My muscles recover much better and my endurance capacity in the higher zones has really improved significantly. In addition, I feel that I need less carbohydrates during the competition, which is a real advantage with my sensitive stomach and intestines. After my competition period I did not use it for 1 month and I immediately noticed a difference. So for me this is a keeper!
