Terms & Conditions

Please read this before accessing the Xendurance Europe website. By accessing the Xendurance Europe website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Xendurance Europe website.


Xendurance are dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please e-mail us on jim@xendurance.com


Making a purchase is simple. Please browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the cart, when you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept credit or debit card payment, or PayPal.

We accept major credit and debit cards but do not accept American Express or Visa Electron.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that Xendurance Europe have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please make sure that your confirmation e-mail address is correct. Make a note of your order number as it is required if you wish to contact us in anyway about it.


All UK mainland orders have free shipping and handling, other European Countries are charged shipping and handling at cost and depends on the weight of the order, which is calculated on our webshop before the order is confirmed and payment taken.


We download orders every morning and try to pack them that day for despatch at 4pm.

All orders are subject to satisfactory credit approval.


If an item is not in stock, your order will be held back until we have stock. If an item is going to take a long time, we will send out the rest of your order and can either refund or send the out of stock item as and when it is in stock.

If an item is marked as out of stock on our website, then it is out of stock and we cannot send it. The website is updated as soon as items are back in stock, so please be patient! Ordering an item which is out of stock will delay your order.


When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the credit card processing company. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Xendurance Europe do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/contents/made.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded, although if the goods have been delivered these will need to be returned first.
