Shipping and Returns
All order are shipped the same day, so long as your order is placed before 2.00pm (GMT).
Shipping costs are calculated on the final price paid (after any discount is applied) - depending on your location.
Where do we deliver:
We deliver to the Europe and the United Kingdom.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will contain an estimated delivery date.
Your order will be sent via courier it will need to be signed for – normal delivery hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm
What if I'm not home to sign for my delivery? If a receipt cannot be obtained, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods from the local courier’s depot or request another delivery date.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion to us for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. Refunds are valid for 30 days from the purchase date of the product. To obtain a return authorisation number (RMA) for refunds, please email firstname.lastname@example.org this is required before you ship any product back to us. The return address and shipping instructions will be provided to you at the time your RMA is issued. Upon receipt of your RMA shipment, your refund will be issued within 10-15 days.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased and claim a full refund. To cancel your order, you must notify us within fourteen (14) working days following the day of delivery. The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Products cannot be returned if the security seal has been broken.
