Nick came into triathlon over 18 years ago and after finishing 3rd in his first race was hooked. A year later he completed his first iron distance race in the UK and has completed at least one per year since then only taking a break for the birth of his 2 daughters. Nick has been coached all of his triathlon career and knows the importance of a structure and consistant approach to training and ensuring the life/sport balance is maintained.

Highlights so far are 4 qualifications for the world championships in Hawaii and 3 races on the big island of Kona, most recently the 40th anniversary year in 2018. 2 podium finishes including the AG win at IMUK in 2016 in his home town race. Currently coaching a number of athletes from first timers to experienced triathletes his passion for ironman is put to good use over all distances.
