How fast will I receive my order?

All U.S. orders are sent out the next business day after an order is placed. Depending on the U.S. “ship to” address, all orders should arrive within 3-7 business days going USPS First Class Mail.

What is the Automatic Delivery Program?

Save time and money by signing up for our Automatic Delivery Program. You will be conveniently shipped and billed your product automatically every month. Most product(s) can be added to the Automatic Delivery Program. All automatic delivery orders receive SPECIAL DISCOUNTED PRICING.

How do I sign up for AUTOMATIC DELIVERY?

Simply go online and check the automatic delivery option when placing your order. There is no fee to join and you receive SPECIAL DISCOUNTED PRICING on your automatic delivery order every month.

Can I cancel my AUTOMATIC DELIVERY order after signing up?

Yes, you may cancel at any time. Please call 877-754-0436 and select the cancellation option to notify us of your cancellation.

My credit card has expired. Can I change my credit card information?

If the card number or expiration date has changed, you may call 877-754-0436 and either talk with a customer service representative or leave all credit card changes on option #1. This is a very secure line. We recommend that you do not email us any changes to your credit card other than your expiration date. info@xendurance.com

Is there any special discount for Collegiate, Pro, or Club teams?

How do I change my contact information?

Go to your account information and login under returning customer. Your account information can be changed and then click “Update” for those changes to go into effect.

Is my credit card number secure when I pay for an order online?

At Lifespan International, you are our number one priority. That’s why we go to such great lengths to guarantee the security of all transactions. Our secure socket layer (SSL) is among the best technology available today. It uses 1024 bit encryption to scramble all personal data you share with us, including your credit card and telephone numbers, name and address.

Does Lifespan International US stand behind its products?

Lifespan’s Guarantee Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion to us for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. Refunds are valid for 30 days from the purchase date of the product. To obtain a return authorization number (RMA) for refunds, which is required before you ship product back to us, please call 877-754-0436. The return address and shipping instructions will be provided to you at the time your RMA is issued. Upon receipt of your RMA shipment, your refund will be issued within 10-15 days.

What is ISO 17025 Accreditation and why is it important?

ISO 17025 is the key standard for an analytical laboratory. It provides absolute confidence that if contamination exists above the defined limit of detection, then it will be identified and called “positive”.

Laboratories that do not meet this standard may call a “negative” simply because they are unable to find the contamination, NOT because it is absent. Their techniques may be wholly inadequate.

Analysis is of no value unless it meets the exacting requirements of the various regulating bodies.
Lifespan International uses HFL Sport Science to test products because HFL understands the importance of integrity, and analytical methods for supplement analysis to meet the requirements of:

  • ISO 17025 (international standard for analytical laboratories)
  • GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)

Results are therefore dependable, and will withstand scrutiny in High Court, in any jurisdiction around the world.

What is an Autoship?

Save time and money by signing up for Autoship. Your product will be conveniently shipped automatically, every month. Any product(s) added to your Autoship will receive a special discount price.

How can I change an Autoship order?

Can I cancel my Autoship (automatic delivery order) after signing up?

Yes, you may cancel at any time. Please call 0031-(0)77-3528508 to notify us you want to cancel.

What are the payment options for ordering?


For online orders we accept the following: Bank Authorization (only Germany), Credit Cards, Bank Transfers and Paypal.

Bank Authorization:

After filling in your complete bank details online, be assured that this information is utilized in a safe and secure manner. It is not accessible on our server. The security of your personal information is extremely important to us and that is why your bank account details are not stored in our system. With every new order you will be required to re-enter your bank information online.

Credit Card:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. When paying by credit card please fill in your credit card number, expiration date and the security code (3-digit number found on the backside of your credit card). Because we do not store credit card numbers in our system, it is necessary to fill in your credit card information each time you place an order online.

Bank Transfer:

When paying by Bank Transfer, the invoice is included in your delivery. We ask that payment is made within 14 days upon receipt of your delivery.
PayPal:
PayPal is a safe, easy and convenient way to pay with no extra cost involved. Safe: Your bank account and credit card information is secure with PayPal and will not be disclosed to third parties. Easy: Payments are done with 2 clicks, without having to enter bank or credit card information. Fast: Payment is made immediately and products are sent out quickly. It is easy to make payments using PayPal. Search for your desired product and put it into your shopping cart. PayPal will then ask for your payment method. You then log into PayPal with your email address and password and confirm the purchase. Don’t have a PayPal account? Log into www.paypal.com. Connect your PayPal account with your bank account or credit card and you are ready to use PayPal.

Does Xendurance stand behind its products?

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with any one of our products, we ask that you return the unused product, along with a brief description of why you are not satisfied and we will gladly refund 100% of the product’s purchase price, excluding ship costs. This refund is valid for 3 months after the purchase date.
